Basis of Website Usage

You agree to be bound by these Terms to the exclusion of all other terms. If You do not agree to be bound by these Terms, then You should not submit a Booking Request.

To visit the Online Expo (exhibition stands, networking and speaker sessions) you will need to register with a minimum of personal information. In registering, you understand that your data will be used for the purposes of administering the Virtual Business Expo event only.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you choose to participate in any networking sessions, or in live chat with any of the Exhibition Stand owners, any information you choose to share via these facilities will be shared with the recipients of that information, ie contact information and transcripts from any live chat will be available to the Stand Owners you have been communicating with. We will not provide any other parties with your personal data, unless it has been anonymised.

If you have registered on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

If you make any purchases via this site, the transaction and contract is with the Vendor of the products or services, and the Event Organisers and Platform providers are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of any purchases.

The Event Organisers (My Business Expo) may contact you from time to time, in order to give you updates about the forthcoming Exhibition, and to tell you about any future Exhibitions, live or online. If you do not wish to receive further notifications, you will be able to unsubscribe at any time.

Event Production & Timeline

The Big Media House Limited has teamed up with Your Business Expo to set up this Exhibition and is responsible for the development and setup of the Event, the Website and the Platform.

The details of the Event shown in any material supplied by Your Business Expo are correct at the time of publishing but we reserve the right to make changes. We will notify you via email on the address supplied at the time you registration.

We the organisers, reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate Your access to the link to the Website in the event You and any other users on the same device/link that you are using if we feel that unsatisfactory activity takes place whilst visiting the expo platform.

Disclaimer, Exclusion of Liability

The Platform is delivered over the Internet, and accordingly, is subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. The organisers shall not be responsible for any delays, delivery failures, viruses, hacker intrusions or other damage resulting from such problems.
